LOL! I know what you mean Sally! It's amazing how the taste-buds can

accomodate, given some time. When I first realised I needed to eat a salt-free

diet for the sake of my blood pressure, everything tasted very bland, but given

time, I am very pleased with how much better it all tastes.

It is true. Our taste buds alter as we change our food patterns, much

in the same way that we can change habits over time. I tried to keep

this in mind when my children were young, using this bit of

information to help them learn to try and like new foods.
