Steamed Asian Greens with Oyster Sauce

1 bunch broccolini, cut crosswise in thirds

150 g (5 1/3 oz) green beans, trimmed, cut crosswise in half

1 bunch (3) baby bok choy, trimmed, quartered

1/4 cup GF vegan oyster sauce (see note)

1/4 cup GF soy sauce

1/4 cup vegetable stock

2 cloves garlic, crushed

4 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted

1 long red chilli, sliced

1. Steam broccolini and beans over boiling water for 4 to 5 minutes or

until tender but still bright green, adding bok choy in the last

minute. Arrange on a large serving plate.

2. Meanwhile, combine sauces, stock and garlic in a small saucepan.

Stir over low heat for 2 minutes or until sauce boils.

3. Drizzle sauce over hot veggies. Top with sesame seeds and chilli.

TIP: Toast sesame seeds in pan before cooking sauce.

NOTE: If you can't find a GF vegetarian oyster sauce, try making your own.
