Guest guest Posted October 13, 2008 Report Share Posted October 13, 2008 Steamed Asian Greens with Oyster Sauce 1 bunch broccolini, cut crosswise in thirds 150 g (5 1/3 oz) green beans, trimmed, cut crosswise in half 1 bunch (3) baby bok choy, trimmed, quartered 1/4 cup GF vegan oyster sauce (see note) 1/4 cup GF soy sauce 1/4 cup vegetable stock 2 cloves garlic, crushed 4 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted 1 long red chilli, sliced 1. Steam broccolini and beans over boiling water for 4 to 5 minutes or until tender but still bright green, adding bok choy in the last minute. Arrange on a large serving plate. 2. Meanwhile, combine sauces, stock and garlic in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat for 2 minutes or until sauce boils. 3. Drizzle sauce over hot veggies. Top with sesame seeds and chilli. TIP: Toast sesame seeds in pan before cooking sauce.
