Guest guest
I know that when I take a trip there is no vegetarians on board. I aways felt vegetarians are a very small minority. What do others think?

Guest guest
I've never had any problem getting vegan meals on planes, though it pays to double check by phoning the airline to see that the booking agent has passed the correct information on. I can't say I've ever been alone either, though definitely in a small minority. I particularly love the way everyone else on the plane stares when I get served first, wondering why I'm so special. Plus the reactions of the people sitting immediately next to me who wish they'd ordered what I have, because it's almost always better than theirs, when theirs finally arrives. Guest guest
I don't fly much--it really sucks flying in the US--but when I do fly, it's short trips where they only give you a teeny pretzel snack baggie. I always carry food with me, even if it's veggie jerky or dried fruit. And I almost always have something chocolate with me. Trying to get food at the DC airports is also rough. Guest guest
Find a vegetarian restaurant anywhere in the world (except Antarctica): www.vegdining.com www.happycow.net When my boyfriend and I went to NYC last year, we found fabuloso veggie restaurants on both sites. Happy Cow lists natural foods stores as well. Guest guest
I agree completely, whether vegetarians, vegans or anyone with a " limited " diet. nikki Believing something is possible is to make it come true. Guest guest
Yes, I had this happen to the people wished they ordered what I ordered. -- In , " tfalbb <tfalbb@f...> " <tfalbb@f...> wrote: > I've never had any problem getting vegan meals on planes, though it > pays to double check by phoning the airline to see that the booking > agent has passed the correct information on.
