The impression you get is that LOTR is one big battle with a few other bits, but the books are so much more. Still good films IMHO :-) BB Peter ---Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).Version: 6.0.481 / Virus Database: 277 - Release 13/05/
Guest guest
I thought the 2nd film was better than the first. Saw it twice, can't wait for the dvd. (Just hope it's not been nicked by then...) I am looking forward to the last one (and the Harry Potter). Elf's! - yes - they don't look as though they have weight problems do they! You should hear Tolkien reading his Sindarin. Sounds suspiciously like Welsh . The trick, I guess, is not so much to be born an elf, as to be born looking like Liv Tyler or ... now who was it that played Legolas? Guest guest
Hi Ian > You should hear Tolkien reading his Sindarin. Sounds suspiciously like > Welsh . How bizarre - I seem to recall he was brought up in Surrey (but weren't his parents Polish?) > The trick, I guess, is not so much to be born an elf, as to be born > looking like Liv Tyler or ... now who was it that played Legolas?
