Guest guest
Hello Amanda and welcome to the list. Does a chiropractic do anything like an osteopath? I have been to an osteopath, and she sorted out my back really well. I don't seem to get any trouble now (touch-wood). Jo My name is Amanda and I'm a new Vegan. Guest guest
Hi Jo! A Chiropractor is very much like an osteopath. The main difference is that we chiros practice without drugs or surgery, where osteos do (however some choose not to). I'm glad to hear your doc fixed you up. Thank you for the welcome. ~Amanda -- In , " Heartwork " <Heartwork@o...> wrote: > Hello Amanda and welcome to the list. > > Does a chiropractic do anything like an osteopath? Guest guest
Nikki~ I worked as a chemist for a year and then decided to go to chiropractic school. I have 2 years left and then I'll be a doc. I grew up in Indiana and moved up here to live with the fiance and go to school. So how long have you been a vegan? What prompted your decision? Take care ~Amanda , " nikki_mackovitch " <nikkimack@m...> wrote: > Hi AManda > > It's nice to meet you too! > > don't mind at all > I am an evil sales rep (aren't they all tho) for an automotive > aftermarket company > I have some customers near yer areas > > and you? > > Where abouts did you move from? > > nikki > > > , " Amanda " <aleighg9> wrote: > > Hi Nikki! > > > > I live in Palatine and I go to school in Lombard. I have 2 years left and then I'll be a doc. That's awesome! I bet you can't wait! You'll have to let me know when you get yer practice. DH goes to a chiro now fer his back and thinks he the greatest. > > I grew up in Indiana and moved up here to live with the fiance and go > to school. Whereabouts in IN? Me mum and her family live in Merriville. And my work has branches in Knightstown & South Bend. Me old company had branches in Indianoplis & Evansville. But I most familiar only with Lake & Porter county. NW IN. > > So how long have you been a vegan? July 2nd was me 1 year anniversary. > What prompted your decision? Well, I " met " this guy and he told me he was a vegan. And I said " A WHAT?!? " Then I asked why, and he told me. He recommended i read John Robbins books. So I did. Then I read more pro-vegan info and lots of pro-meat info. So long story short, I came to the decision that I never wanted to poison myself again. And I could no longer condone what they did to the animals we were eating. and you? To this very day I " blame " my veganism on that boi. Amongst other things as well when I can get away with it. You might know him, he got a purple tail and big paws. Yells EEEK alot and runs into corners when frightened. LUVS fruit & homebrew and has some weird obsession with eggplant! nikki > > Take care > ~Amanda > > , " nikki_mackovitch " > <nikkimack@m...> wrote: > > Hi AManda > > > > It's nice to meet you too! > > > > don't mind at all > > I am an evil sales rep (aren't they all tho) for an automotive > > aftermarket company > > I have some customers near yer areas > > > > and you? > > > > Where abouts did you move from? > > > > nikki > > > > > > , " Amanda " <aleighg9> wrote: > > > Hi Nikki! > > > > > > I live in Palatine and I go to school in Lombard.
