Guest guest
Hi. I've never posted before... just read the posts when I get a chance. I've been wondering about supplements lately and I had a question: What vitamin, mineral, or herbal supplements do you take (if any) and why? I'm sure I'm missing out on some nutrients here and there, and I always debate on whether I should spend $$ on supplements or not. Any advice, suggestions, or info. on this subject would be greatly appreciated. TIA, Tavia

Guest guest
Hi Tavia I always take Quest Vegan Vitamin and Mineral tablets, vitamins C and E, garlic and essential fatty acids. I would recommend taking the vitamin and mineral supplement as an insurance, and vitamin C when you have a cold or similar. I take quite a few vitamins and minerals trying to remedy a lifetime of eating meat and other unhealthy things! AS you say, it can be expensive.
