I like to saute it with onions, add fresh spinach leaves and garbanzo beans and

some extra spices. Simmer a few minnutes and spoon on a baked potato, rice or

the center of mashed potatoes.

It is pure heaven on a plate.

You can also saute it with onions and corn and use as soft or hard taco filling.

2 thumbs up for Soyrizo, the Yves brand is just as good.

I also love Soyrizo.  I have a great recipe for it with black beans as well as

some soups and a pasta.  Will post it if y'all want.  Do I just post it on this

thread?

It is a delicious vegan version of chorizo sausage.

Everyone that tries it just loves the flavor and it

is so good in a variety of meatless dishes.

I have a difficult time finding this product locally.

Was lucky to find some recently at a grocery outlet

store so I stocked up my freezer.

Guess you can buy it on amazon.com though I have

never ordered it from them before.

There are several vegetarian companies that make

soyrizo:

Melissa's

Frieda's

Yves

Hope you can find some to try, John.
