We homeschool and have recently started eating vegetarian. Sometimes we cheat, but mostly veg. We also juice and we just got a dehydrator. There is nothing better than veggies fresh from your garden. If you ever need help thinking of ways to use a certain fruit or veggie, just ask the group.
