Tofutti makes Better Than Cream Cheese too. It's really good. www.tofutti.com The Follow Your Heart Vegan Gourmet cheese alternatives are the best. They melt well and taste fine. http://www.followyourheart.com/products.php?id=26 There is also a recipe in our files for Vegan Melty Cheese that is good. I make a queso-like dip using that recipe (adding cumin and pickled jalapenos) often.
