Guest guest
This is a delicious and easy recipe that we take to get-together. Folks love it! Enjoy, Judy Chili Cheese Layered Dip 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup chunky salsa 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided 1 (16 ounce) can BUSH'S® BEST Chili Beans, undrained 3 tablespoons diced celery 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced or minced 3 tablespoons pitted sliced black olives or green olives Tortilla chips Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Saute garlic and celery in a dry frying pan. The celery will release enough moisture to cook the celery and garlic up. Combine cream cheese and salsa and spread in bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Spread chili beans over shredded cheese. Top with remaining shredded cheese, diced celery, garlic and olives. Bake for 15 minutes until mixture is thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips. * You can also bake this covered in a microwave for 7 minutes instead of the oven
