Guest guest
Our traditional Christmas Day dinner has always been vegetarian lasagna and a mocha cheesecake (yep, heavy on the cheeses, but oh so delicious! And it is only once a year! Both are homemade. Annie L.
Guest guest
One year I did a cold cut platter with all the vegan deli stuff I could find. I used that vegan mayo and put some dip mix in it for veggie dip. With plain italian bread people can make there own sandwiches. If you can find or make vegan meatballs you can do those on a stick. A crock pot of soup made the day before also makes an easy meal. Donna KB1RPP " Space and time are not conditions in which we live; they are simply modes in which we think. Guest guest
Great question! I want to make a sort of smorgasbord of foods. I am thinking vegetarian lasagna rolls with spinach, some in a cheesy cream sauce and others with a traditional red sauce. My omnivore family members will have some meats and I will likely cook a Quorn roast with some vegetarian Tofurky brand giblet gravy. Maybe some big salad of tossed greens and toasted nuts with simple citrus fruits. Green bean casserole is a must according to my daughter and some mashed garlic potatoes for the boys. Plenty of delicious desserts to pick at, too. Dinner rolls, pickles, olives and other garnish platters. ~ PT ~ , " homeinfm " <majorshome wrote: > > What are you cooking for Christmas?
