Vitamin D ; What it can do for you. Knowledge is power!

Listen to this. Go to their website http://grassrootshealth.net/ There is a 5

minute interview there if you won't take the time to listen to the 30 minute

detailed interview. Vitamin D only cost about 5 Cents a day. Make sure you are

getting the sunshine Vitamin D, by exposing 40 % of the body, including your mid

section to the sun for 15 minutes a day between 11a.m.- 1p.m..

Pass this on to your friends and family. Ignore the evolution small portion in

the video. http://www.vrg.org/journal/vj2009issue2/2009_issue2_vitamin_d.php -

It was cold today. There's no way the midsection of my body is seeing any

sunshine until next summer! Two months ago I was told to start taking 1,000IU

of Vitamin D daily by my nurse practitioner because she said my levels were too

low and the 400 IU I was getting in my multivitamin weren't enough.
