Guest guest
Okay ladies, Recently my husband has been way to compromising about the veg think. He is eating less meat and asking me if what he is doing better for him and other heatlhy lifestyle choices he is fianlly making. Last night he told me that I know longer had to worry about the girls eating meat. He is not going to buy it for them or give it to them. And that he knows its the healthiest and greenest way to live and he understands that now. He is not ready to go veg but wants my help in helping him eat less meat. So my girls are officially vegetarians now with mommy. YYYIIIPPPEEE!!!!!. I will continue to leave veggie reading material and factory farm truth stories lying around in his favorite reading place the bathroom. I know that sounds gross, but trust me men will read anything while sitting on the toilet. Its built into there DNA. Thats how i win him over with many ideas, without ever having to actually discuss it with him. Guest guest
Hi Unita, Congrats. How nice that your husband made this decision for your kids! I have a friend who says the same thing about reading material in the bathroom – she bookmarks and highlights parenting books and puts them in there, too. ☺ I just got an e from a friend who watched Food Inc. and immediately stopped eating meat and is now asking us questions about vegetarian and organic resources, CSAs, etc. Have fun! ☺ Lorraine On Behalf Of unita walburn Tuesday, June 30, 2009 11:01 AM Good NEW!!!! Guest guest
Yea! You have a wonderful husband - I like that he listens and understands your beliefs and is open minded enough to give it a chance! Even if he doesn't go completely veg at least he is willing to cut down - even that has a good impact on his health and the environment. Congrats on having your children go all veg too! --- On Tue, 6/30/09, unita walburn <uwalburn wrote: unita walburn <uwalburn Good NEW!!!!
