For differing reasons our pediatrician has recommended that two of my children

take either digestive enzymes and Neem oil. Does anyone have vegan brands of

these that they would recommend?

Wow - what kind of pediatrician do you have that would give you such " natural "

advice! I wish I could find one in my area.

I give my young children BlueBonnet's bromelain enzymes. However, I have no

idea whether they help with anything!

I take Rainbow Light Advanced Enzyme System (vegan).  The bottle doesn't specify

if kids can use it - it just says to take one with each meal.  I love these

enzymes.  The results have been wonderful.  Never heard of ingesting Neem oil.

  • 1 month later...

Wanted to follow up. Since my child has started a regime of digestive enzymes,

flax seed oil and probiotics he has had NO itchy outbursts. He is so motivated

by out success that I don't even have to remind him to take the capsules - - he

gets them himself.

The neem leave capsules seem to be helping though I won't say they have cured

the problem yet (the ped says it is a fungus on my 11 year old's ear). We are

continuing for another month to see.
