Used it off and on for a year or so. Hippocrates Institute stopped using it a while back due to unstable bacteria counts if I remember correctly. I heard that personally from Brian Clement at one of his lectures in San Francisco at Global Yoga. -- Bill Schoolcraft PO Box 210076 San Francisco, CA 94121 " UNIX, A Way of Life. Guest guest
and the process for making your own rejuvelac is...??? sorli53 <ssorli wrote: Does anyone know, is Braggs even raw? I doubt it. What I have read about soybeans, being highly hibridized, etc. etc. why would any raw foodist want to eat such crud is beyond me. Come on, get over your addictions and don't buy any processed food. Make some raw sauerkraut or rejuvelac (raw fermented drink) and you will never miss Braggs. Enjoy, Stevie

Guest guest
Hi, Tammy V., and welcome! I don't eat or drink anything that tastes bad. I love what I eat and eat what I love. I don't " do " rejuvelac, wheatgrass juice, or any supplements. Someday, I may need to add some B12. We'll see... Guest guest
well this is news to me, i've never even heard about it. Now i'm curious lol
Guest guest
Welcome, Tammi. And don't worry about rejuvelac, it's not something you want to drink. Would you eat a fermented banana? Why would you drink feremented wheatberry juice? Another thing I used to drink, but do not any longer. Even the Ann Wigmore Foundation quit serving rejuvelac quite some time ago. Guest guest
Judy, I think you have made a very good case for not using rejuvelac but how on earth do you know what a dirty diaper tastes like??? Guest guest
I feel that my family should be taking some type of probiotics but am unsure which kind to get. I looked up lacto acidophilus and found that it is derived from human bacteria like a lot of other probiotics. Maybe because of my ignorance in the area of probiotics, I have problems with this! I discovered that I can make my own probiotics using fermented cabbage or wheat berries (Rejuvelac) and was wondering if anyone has experimented with this.
