Have you asked your local health food store if you can special order the soy milk powder? Most of the time they have no problem doing that. I might try out the recipe before you make it for the big day. Just to give it a test run. If it doesn't work out and your local health food store won't order it I would be willing to send you some. They use a fair amount of dry soy milk; especially in their icing recpies. I'd suggest The brand Better than soy. You can also call Babycakes and ask them to give you the contact info. for their supplier, or go to the bookstore and look in the back of the cookbook for that info.
