Guest guest
This seems a silly question, but is anyone else having problems finding Vegan Rella? We haven't been able to get it (either kind) at any of the local stores for several weeks now and I'm wondering why and if this is a widespread issue. We get it to have on tacos and are missing it. My son absolutely loves it for some reason, even in big chunks. Heather http://unsheeply.net
Guest guest
My son is a HUGE fan of it as well. We order it from our food-buying club (so we get a case at a time) and the last few times I tried to order it they have been out of stock. I wonder what's going on...It's by far one of our favorites, and I can even eat the cheddar Rella on crackers or in sandwiches (not melted). My son will eat it plain in hunks (and would probably devour a whole block of it if left to his own devices...) Guest guest
Hi! We had the same problem when I tried to order it from our co-op. My husband did a little research online and I think he said that they are now listing it under TofuRella in the wholesale catalog. I checked the UNFI book and, sure enough, it was under TofuRella. Maybe your store can check it's distributor to see if it has been relisted in their catalog. Good luck! Guest guest
I've seen mentions of Tofu Rella online before, never seen it in our stores though, but several people have said it contains casein. I've just assumed it was a totally different product. Not sure if that's still true or if they are replacing the Vegan Rella with it now, or what. The manufacturer's site is useless (PANOSbrands.com), but it does only have the Tofu Rella logo. I went ahead and emailed them about it, so if they reply I'll let you know what they say. Guest guest
I've never used it. We've been using Vegan Gourmet, but recently discovered Daiya, vegan cheese. This stuff is the best vegan cheese I've ever tasted. http://www.daiyafoods.com. You can get it from Veganstore.com or Veganessentials.com. , " iris777888 " <iris777888 wrote: > > This seems a silly question, but is anyone else having problems finding Vegan Rella?
