Guest guest
I've been following the emails for the PCRM 21 Day Kickstart and I am very disappointed with what they are recommending people to eat! I know they are trying to get people to go from the SAD to a Vegan diet, but come on! Where's the produce??? Here is today's " Menu " : § Breakfast: Cereal with Fruit § Lunch: Kickstart DIY | Mock-Meat Sandwich § Snack: Garbanzo Guacamole § Dinner: Vegetarian Swiss Steak BTW, for anyone who is interested in the Eat For Health Vegan diet by Dr. Joel Fuhrman, I am running a 30 day challenge for free and it includes free coaching. We have already started but you are welcome to join late and start your challenge next week or the week after. http://health.Optimal-Health-for-Everyone/
Guest guest
That's interesting! Maybe they assume you will add veg/fruit as snacks or sides?? Still seems odd - they must think it's just easier to just make foods that tastes like their usual meat dishes. I like your challenge...will check it out! - Denise --- On Wed, 1/13/10, Gretchen Goel, Wellness Coach <gretchen wrote: Gretchen Goel, Wellness Coach <gretchen PCRM Vegan Kickstart Challenge lacks fruits and veggies Wednesday, January 13, 2010, 9:16 AM  I've been following the emails for the PCRM 21 Day Kickstart and I am very disappointed with what they are recommending people to eat! We have already started but you are welcome to join late and start your challenge next week or the week after. http://health. groups.. com Optimal-Health- for-Everyone/
