Guest guest
I stumbled across a veg turkey on a blog, ( http://blogs.mercurynews.com/food/2006/11/24/vegetarian-turkey-makes-meaty-thank\ sgiving-centerpiece/) looked up the company, and wrote to them to find out about gluten content. This is the reply I got! From what I understand, the turkey kit has the stuffing and gravy separate from the " bird " so you could easily give away/donate to food bank the stuffing and gravy and make up your own for the bird. I emailed them back to locate one in my area. As bizarre as it is I have to try it! I'd also like to try their shrimp in a salad with pineapple! If I'm able to get them and try them, I will let you all know how good they are as well as any other allergens that may exist in it. Happy eating! ---------- Forwarded message ---------- John Williams <jwilliams Wed, Nov 5, 2008 at 1:14 PM Vege USA/ Vegetarian Plus brand recyclednew Jae We have a few gluten free items that are and several that has no gluten in the product, but the *sauce that they come in has soy sauce in it*; made from wheat.
