Click on the link I sent and you can see a picture. They are wonderful. They

slice, dice and chop and do it super fast and makes things look very pretty.

You can do a search for kitchen madoline's on the internet and see many

different kinds, but this is by far the best one in my experience.

I can use my food processor if I need a large batch, or I use my potato

peeler if I only want some for myself. I have a very good potato peeler,

and I think that makes all the difference in the world.

Sneak preview the all-new .com. It's not radically different. Just

radically better.

I'll have to look at the name of it. I have had it about 10 years, but it

was something like $12.00 back then. They sell them along with knives at

the flea market. I have some of the knives, too. Excellent.

I use mine all the time to slice apples really thin for the food dehydrator,

makes fabulous apple chips. My 11 and 8 year old kids use it for this, too.

The gripper thing saves fingers, I slice my fingers more often using a hand

grater.

I just got one on Friday, and I can do an entire potato in a jiffy. It is

great!!! And no problems with cuts, either.

I can't tell you how many times I have peeled my fingers while I am peeling

the carrots. For a while my daughter wouldn't let me use it. She did all

the peeling.
