Many might already know this, but, Rice Chex are now gluten-free! I was in

the store just looking through and glanced to see the title " A toasted rice

cereal " . I took the box down thinking that it probably had barley malt as a

sweetener like the rest, and was pleasently surprised to find it did not.

After further examination at the box, they have an entire side of the box

devoted to gluten-free and celiac disease awareness! Cool! So, at $1.67 a

box, I picked up a few! That is a far cry from the normal $4+ I spend on my

son's gluten-free cereal. The best part is that I'm able to make some great

snacks now.

Blessings to you all!

Yes, we are so excited to have the Rice Chex cereal. I even use it to make a

mock graham cracker crust.

I went to Rice Chex site and looked at their recipes and I could adapt many of

them to all of our allergies.

Yeah!! for some new treats that other like as well.
