Replacing sugar in cake - Sherene (was b-day cake)

Have you tried the new stevia formulation, Truvia. It's apparently

crystallized for easier replacement of bulk in recipes. Coke and Pepsi have

both developed lines of soda using truvia and I am interested to know if

anyone has tried the product.

I'm really nervous about Truvia. they've messed too much with a

natural product

Can you explain what you might mean? Is it the crystallization?

normally I feel Mercola is on the fringe, but here I think he lists my

worries well
