They are in the appetizer recipes in the sub folder - dips, spreads, &

Condiments. There are several in there. They aren't called just Gaucamole.

Folks that have sent them in, have named them, __ Gaucamole and such. They

are scattered throughout those recipes.

Guacamole

O.K. where are the guacamole recipes hiding? I can't imagine there

aren't a few in the files. ;0)

Also, I know this was discussed recently, but I don't remember what

the concensus was, can you freeze guacamole?

Guacamole

1 ripe avocado, mashed

1 small ripe tomato, finely chopped

1/3 cup finely chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)

4 teaspoons lime juice

salt and pepper, to taste

1. Combine ingredients in a medium bowl.

2. Season with salt and pepper.

TIP: Use leftover guacamole on sandwiches and burgers.

Makes 1 cup.
