Guest guest Posted February 2, 2009 Report Share Posted February 2, 2009 Spinach Salad 60 g (2 oz) baby spinach leaves 1 ripe avocado, chopped 1 small red onion, thinly sliced 4 teaspoons light olive oil 8 teaspoons white wine vinegar 1. Combine spinach, avocado and onion in a medium bowl. 2. Whisk oil and vinegar; drizzle over salad. Gently toss to combine.
