raw tapioca pudding

I made it last weekend. it's great. I'm glad Elana's going more raw

now, this means I can eat more of her recipes. She used to use crazy

amounts of eggs in her recipes.

Do you use the chia seeds as I would flax...I have not heard of using

them....we use flax for the same reasons you listed....so was just

wondering. We don't do nuts so was trying to figure it out.

I use chia and flax interchangeably, however, in this recipe you want

to use chia seeds not flax
