Guest guest
Hi everyone, My Mom is in end-stage renal failure, and the doctors want her on a low-protein, low potassium, low sodium diet. I told her to start with vegan and go from there. She's considering it. So, I'm looking for meal ideas for her. Any ideas where to start? Here is Dr. John McDougall's article on Kidney disease, with his recommendations. http://www.drmcdougall.com/med_kidney.html The best option is the Kempner Rice and Fruit diet.
