It is a little fiddly to make but it is one of the best I have tried. Guest guest
-Kim has published the yoghurt cheese recipe. I have only made the plain one so far but it is very good and worth making. Thanks Kim. Here is the other recipe. 2-1/2c Vita soy milk 1-1/2t salt 1/4c yeast flakes 1/2t garlic powder or 1 clove 2t onion pdr or 1 small onion 1/3c lemon juice 1c cornflour Mix all ingred in saucepan, bring to boil stirring continuously until thickened. Pour into container and store in fridge overnight. If using fresh garlic or onion blend with a little soy milk before adding other ingred. Add green or red pepper while blending for different flavour. Good on crackers. -- In , " ckrb2002 " <ckrb2002 wrote: > > , " hollyhedge_2004 " <bethbell@> wrote: > >I tried to search for this cheese recipe made from Soy Yogurt but couldn't find it, could you please repost it or send it to me.
