-Kim has published the yoghurt cheese recipe. I have only made the plain one so

far but it is very good and worth making. Thanks Kim.

Here is the other recipe.

2-1/2c Vita soy milk

1-1/2t salt

1/4c yeast flakes

1/2t garlic powder or 1 clove

2t onion pdr or 1 small onion

1/3c lemon juice

1c cornflour

Mix all ingred in saucepan, bring to boil stirring continuously until thickened.

Pour into container and store in fridge overnight.

If using fresh garlic or onion blend with a little soy milk before adding other

ingred.

Add green or red pepper while blending for different flavour.

Good on crackers.

I hope not to confuse, but is cornflour the same as cornmeal in the US?
