I enjoyed the thread about Mary's Gone Crackers, and decided to buy a

box, since I hadn't tried them in a long time. Sure wish there was a

recipe for making a fat free/gluten free cracker, since the Mary's

crackers are pricey and disappeared very fast.

My family loves Sesame Corn Thins. We buy them by the case at

Amazon:-) Usually they are $34 with $8 to ship, but every once in

awhile they reduce the price to $30 with free shipping - like right

now :-) That's cheaper than I can get them at the health food

store. A fresh case just arrived in the mail today, and I've been

keeping an eye on the price, since I don't want to run out. Here's

There's quite a few recipes in the files for GF crackers that don't use any oil.

Look in the " Crackers and Crispbread " folder.

Just an FYI, we quit carrying most of these at Allergy Grocer last year

because the company (out of australia) will not commit to their plant

conditions and there is a possibility for cross contamination.

From what I hear, flax crackers are easy to make. I'm sure you could find a

recipe if you Google. They're prized by raw foodists who make them in a

dehydrator but you could als bake them in a low temp oven.
