Guest guest
Tracy, do your best to learn the names from a good list of hidden sources, then read the label of every product you buy. We are fortunate to live in a time and place that requires accurate labelling! A few mistakes happen now and then but really very few, considing the vast quantity of packaged food. I think there is a comprehensive list of hidden sources of gluten in the files of this list, isn't there? Deborah How do u figure out hidden gluten sources? I am trying to illuminate it from my whole families diet(mainly my 22 month old that is intolerant) but adding the family along so we are all on same path. I have been calling organic companies left and rt that redisse to disclose information if gluten free (frustrating!) Thx! Tracy
