Check out this blog.? She has a 5 week menu plan that you can easily recreate in

Word.? I love that she has all three meals on there and it's a 5 week cycle.? I

printed one off today and hope to start filling it out over the weekend.?

 

I think you will find that having meals planned well in advance saves you time,

money.... and the frustration of standing in the kitchen and not having a clue

of what to prepare!!!?
