It's very informative.
Guest guest
Catchadream04, I agree that she makes some valuable points in the first few pages. In fact, I had high hopes for that article when the author was reminding readers that omega 3s originally come from green leaves, rather than fish. I also felt glad that she talked about the problems caused by common oils that are dominant in omega 6 fatty acids. It was also great that she was recommending that we eat more leafy veggies. Guest guest
I just came across this other article about omega 3s and heart health. http://www.rodale.com/fish-oil-capsules-and-benefits-omega-3-fatty-acids#comment\ -1680 The people who wrote this article seem to think your only choices are to eat fish or take fish oil! Not sure what rock they are living under! They go threw the pros and cons of each of these choices and end with fish oil supplements being the most eco friendly choice. I posted a comment about non fish choices/vegan options. Thought many of you would get your feathers ruffled over this and would like to voice your outrage as well. Have fun!
