Guest guest
If anyone is near Okemos, Michigan, Guido's Pizza (http://guidospizza.com/ but I don't see the gluten-free options on the website) has been making gluten-free pizza, added a dairy-free option recently and I just got off the phone with them. I talked to the person in charge of the gluten-free items, and she said she has celiac disease and was hired specifically to make gluten-free stuff. In addition, starting this friday they'll make an egg free dough, and can use their dairy-free cheese with it. You have to call them ahead of time and order the egg-free dough pizza. I'm not sure if their cheese has casein in it or not, so you may want to check first when you call to order. Their number is 517-347-3030. Guest guest
it's enough to make me want to move there, as they probably won't deliver to Texas. -------------- Original message ---------------------- " akua456 " <akua456 > > If anyone is near Okemos, Michigan, Guido's Pizza (http://guidospizza.com/ but I > don't see the gluten-free options on the website) has been making gluten-free > pizza, added a dairy-free option recently and I just got off the phone with > them. Guest guest
Maybe you could talk a pizza place in your part of Texas into doing it for you? :-) I see the sign now: " Gluten-free pizza, opening soon, somewhere in Texas! " Deborah it's enough to make me want to move there, as they probably won't deliver to Texas. But we've both GFCFEF, so rarely have a chance to get something to eat out.
