Guest guest
Ellen, Vitamins are a pain! Especially when you have to get them gluten-free. I've used New Chapter, Rainbow Light and Super Nutrition (all 3 in the form of woman's multi's). Although all were good, my favorite was the Super Nutrition. I've tried both the Woman's Blend and the Simply One in this line. I prefer the Woman's Blend of those two, except you have to take 6 pills daily. Come to think of it, i'm not entirely sure if these are vegan or not. I'm certain they are vegetarian though. I've also heard the Country Life Real Food Organics line was good too. However, I haven't tried it yet. I added links below in case you want to check the companies out. You can get all of these at Whole Foods. http://www.supernutritionusa.com/ http://www.rainbowlight.com/ http://www.realfoodorganics.com/our-background/ Good luck on your search! Guest guest
I use Country Life's Liquid Multivitamin. I hate awallowing big pills. I mix it in a smoothie, or calcium fortified OJ. Guest guest
Like a lot of people with food allergies I have hypothyroid so I have been taking Floradix Floravital Iron & Herbs. I feel better. Its liquid and my grandmother use to take it. She was very healthy until my grandfather passed then she gave up. She was 91 when she passed. She was never sick. It is gluten and yeast free. Good luck! ________________________________ Ellen Allard <birdwoman5151 " " ; Vegetarian Gluten Free <vegetariangf > Saturday, August 22, 2009 9:34:43 PM New Chapter Every Woman's One Daily Has anyone ever tried New Chapter Every Woman's One Daily vitamin? Guest guest
I thought the Floradix was sweetened with Barley Malt so not gluten- free. Did they change the formula or do they make a GF one too? ~ Susan The Gluten Free Vegan Blog & Natural/Crunchy/Unconventional Living and Mothering Blog have combined: http://virgo-vegan.blogspot.com/ " I expect to pass through this world but once.
