Guest guest
I just joined this group. I am looking forward to discovering a better way to a healthy life. And to make some new friends. I am starting at the very beginning here so please be patient with me. Thanks, Christine
Guest guest
Welcome Christine!! I'm glad to meet you and glad you're a part of this group! I'm new as well, I've been gluten free for nearly 3 years, but vegan for a scant 25 days! But it's a start and I've learned A LOT. My best advice to you is don't give up. You'll make mistakes along the way and that is A-OK. It's the only way you will learn! You can do it and I hope it gives you the best health ever!! Welcome! Guest guest
I bid Christine welcome also; and I concur with your advice Carrie. It took me years to get all the information I needed about gluten-free diet, there is a LOT to learn, and it seems to me, there is always something new too. It's a life-time study. :-) Deborah >Welcome Christine!! I'm glad to meet you and glad you're a >part of this group! Guest guest
Hello and welcome. I agree with the advice of don't give up. Many people make mistakes or cheat, and it doesn't mean you've failed~only that you're human! Don't beat yourself up over mistakes, just tell yourself you'll do better tomorrow. I wish you much success and health, good food and friends! Jae
