It doesn't sound very tempting but I made one and served it with raspberry

coulis...

" Hot carob cake with raspberry coulis " sounds nicer.

It was totally delicious, served hot and I'd be happy to give anyone the recipe

if they're interested?

Best of all, my first real experience cooking with agave and it did not elevate

my blood sugar, I am actually amazed and delighted, it seemed to good to be

true! I ate three small pieces and still feel normal.

Hurrah! Cake for everyone.

I would love the recipe. I've been expiramenting with agave as my glucose has

been high and most of my family is diabetic and the rest are trying to eat

better to prevent it. Sounds like a good dessert for upcomming hollidays.

I recently made an applebutter with agave that turned out really good. I will

post the recipe later.

Thanks. :-)
