In Search of Oat flour bread recipe

Whole Foods in Tampa has this great oatmeal bread - all it is: oat flour, baking

soda and water, maybe there was one other ingredient - but it is $5 a loaf, so I

am hoping someone has a recipe to make this, otherwise I guess I'll be

experimenting soon:)

I found a few recipes, none are that simple or vegan, but maybe they will be
