Guest guest
Wow Jessie! That is the first time I've heard about this girl. It's a really inspiring story of dedication and love in action. Thanks. Now, the question many of us will probably be wondering is " Does that wonderful family know that a gluten-free, dairy-free diet can put autism into remission?? " Deborah I saw a few people here mention autism earlier (I think) I'm sure since most of you are in the US you've probably seen this on 20/20 but if not I found it interesting. It's about this young lady Carly, who's parents were told she was intellectually beyond hope, yet she suddenly showed she could type at age 11 and then they realised that not only is she intelligent but quite eloquent and was able to express in detail how it felt to be trapped in a body & brain affected by autism. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V3cG4OYXKvM Jessie, New Zealand . Guest guest
I left a comment on the youtube page. Hopefully the family will get it! I would hope they would skim threw the comments at the off chance someone may post some useful information to help their daughter. I know I would! And Carly would be incredibly grateful if her physiological symptoms stop! Hope they get the info! On Fri, Oct 23, 2009 at 10:23 AM, Deborah Pageau <dpageau wrote: > > > Agreed! Guest guest
As a mom to 4 autistic kiddos...I can say that the GF/CF diet was a wonderful first step. It was not the silver bullet...but it has done a lot of good. My kids are recovering slowly but surely. We are doing Cutler protocol for chelation and we have done 50 rounds so far and are figuring another 100 at least. We are also doing virus protocol which also has done alot! My youngest son has gone from Kanners to an asper....from no words to trying to get him to be quiet once in a while....from unable to sit up to running at mach 4 with his hair on fire...from a dull blank look for hours at a time to reading at a 3rd grade level while the rest is in first grade. We still have a lot of issues.....but they have a chance to have a life of their own in time. Ronni , Deborah Pageau <dpageau wrote: > > Wow Jessie! That is the first time I've heard about this girl. Guest guest
Virus protocol is removing viruses that lie in the body. These when not removed can cause a lot of issues....esp for autistic kids who usually end up with a lot of issues to begin with. Especially if the viruses are in the brain vs the body. Guest guest
It is not an easy situation...but I can think of one harder....without Jesus! He has seen us thru and provided hope and wisdom when things were seeming pretty bleak. As to amazing...at least me, nah...I just understand that kids need a chance to live as best they can...and somehow autism didn't seem the best to me. People tell me that I am very committed to my kids and very protective...so I guess that's what I am....lol , Jessie Hume <vegan_taste_test wrote: > > Amazing people!Good on you, you have done so well under what I can only imagine to be the hardest circumstances. > > --- On Sat, 24/10/09, ronnimike <HISSPECIALTOUCH wrote: > > ronnimike <HISSPECIALTOUCH > Re: Autism > > Saturday, 24 October, 2009, 5:28 > > > > > > > > > > > > > As a mom to 4 autistic kiddos...I can say that the GF/CF diet was a wonderful first step. Guest guest
We use lysine, olive leaf extract, virastop, PRX, vit C and a few other odds and ends.....some folks also use prescriptions drugs to get it done. It takes quite a bit of time and effort and not a fun trip sometimes. , pdw <pdworkman wrote: > > How? > > Pam > > On Sun, Oct 25, 2009 at 11:22 AM, ronnimike <HISSPECIALTOUCH wrote: > > > > > > > Virus protocol is removing viruses that lie in the body.
