Corn Bread Stuffing

I use coconut yogurt (plain or vanilla flavor) in place of buttermilk in

recipes. I'd go with plain for the cornbread. You could also use soy yogurt

if you prefer. It subs very well for buttermilk! :)

if you can have soy or rice - 1 cup of soy or rice milk and 1 tbsp apple cider

vinegar allowed to sit for a few moments works well as a buttermilk replacement
