Guest guest
thought I'd pass on the info about a gingerbread house kit I discovered this morning. It is gluten, soy, egg, dairy, sesame, peanut and tree nut free. It does however contain corn (they use Jules' gf flour) https://www.navanfoods.com/AJ+Bakery+Gingerbread+House I'm going to buy one later today. My kids have no memory of ever building gingerbread houses. Before they were dx'd with celiac disease, I'd always build a gf dreidel with them. this year I think we'll turn the house into a blue and white Hanukkah house. Guest guest
I am SO EXCITED about this house! We'll be moving around the holidays, and this provides us a way to celebrate when we can't do a lot of the traditional stuff. Guest guest
You know, I totally believe the Columbia U. study that came out this past year and said gf specialty foods are, on average, three times as expensive as non-gf. But I'm still pumped about getting one of those gingerbread houses.
