I also have some webspace available if you would like for me to upload a copy and give you the link that way you could just send folks to the link to download rather than having to email a copy to everyone who asks. I asked in a personal e-mail but have not had a reply, unless I overlooked it. If you have too many requests to send out by e-mail, I'd be glad to put it on my website for a short while for downloading, but not sure of the legalities of this.
