I would also be very interested in this book. Thank you for the offer. You are a

very generous person to offer this to so many.

Just read " Grain Damage " by Dr. Douglas N. Graham. Excellent book and quick

read! " All of us respond adversely to gluten consumption. Celiac disease affects

everyone who consumes gluten, to some degree. " ~Dr. D. Graham

I have the book as a scanned pdf file if anybody would like me to email it to

them to read. It makes a lot of sense! :)

That's a good point Sandy. It probably would be copyright issue unless we

have his permission. Here's the amazon page with all his books.

Hi Patty,

I would like to have the scanned book. I asked in a personal e-mail but have

not had a reply, unless I overlooked it.

If you have too many requests to send out by e-mail, I'd be glad to put it

on my website for a short while for downloading, but not sure of the

legalities of this. Don't want to get myself in trouble over copyright

issues.

Thanks, Sandy

Hi Sandy,

Patty is not the one with the book. It's Jae! And unfortunately it is not

going through to your comcast account. I've also had it bounce back from

msn, hotmail, and aol accounts. So far and gmail accounts seem to be

the best bets.

I've been trying to get to everyone who has asked for it and I'm sorry if I

missed a message or it bounced back. If anybody has asked for the book and

you didn't get it within 2 days, please send another message as it probably

got overlooked or bounced by your email.

Thank you all for being patient and enthusiastic about this book.

The only way there should be any copyright issues is if you made a profit

from it or tried to pass it off as your own. At least that's the way it was

back when I was studying law, but that was over a decade ago so things could

have changed. Plus the whole digital media era was quite here yet back then!

It's probably still a gray area for the most part, but profiting and

plagiarizing would be the big trouble causers!

Sending out copies of someone's copyrighted work without that person's (or

publisher's) permission is definitely illegal, whether or not you are

benefiting from it financially or not. Whether it's ethical or not can

certainly be more of a gray area, depending on the number of copies, what

you're giving out, how you are harming that person financially, etc. I

missed the initial conversation, but if this is a book or e-book that the

guy is selling and that you are now passing out for free instead of him

making a profit by other people buying it---well, if I were the author, that

would certainly upset me after I put significant time, effort, and possibly

money into developing the book. If he's giving the book out *for free* and

you're simply passing it on intact with credit to him, that seems more okay,

though that way, he's still missing out on the hits for his website and the

number of recorded downloads he could add in his efforts to get future

publishing contracts.

Jae,

I would like a copy of the book also. I have been on bedrest for a week so I

am way behind in emails. I just got out of bed this weekend.

Don't search for the truth in a church. Search for the truth in the Bible.

Then find a church who teaches the truth.
