Guest guest
I want to say thank you to whoever receommeded the book Skinny Bithes, etc. My hubby and I have been trying to be vegan but it's been tough. Anyways, we read the book skinny bastards together and we both decided no more cheese, etc for any of us. It was such an eye opener. Thank you again. Guest guest
They have " skinny bastard " for your husband though it covers a lot of the same territory and a great cookbook..... skinny bitch in the kitch..... as well. You may find, like I did, that with out cheese your sinus issues (and sinus headaches) are a thing of the past. I also recommend the blog " vegandad.com " and he now has an e cookbook too though not all of the recipes in either cookbook are gluten free. The cookbook " gluten free vegan " by Susan Obrien is good too Congrats on looking in a new eating direction -you will be gratified by the large variety and possibilities of a vegan diet.
