Guest guest
Nutty Oat Waffles 2 cups gluten free oats, rolled 1/2 cup cashews, rinsed 1 pinch salt 1 Tbsp. oil 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup soy milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 Tbs. agave syrup, optional Place oats and cashews in a blender bowl and whiz until ground and mixed together. Do not over-blend. Add the remaining ingredients and blend together well. Pour batter into a hot waffle iron. Bake until light indicates the waffle is done (about 6 - 7 minutes). Do not open waffle iron to check on it until done because the batter will stick to the top and bottom and divide the waffle in half.
Guest guest
Hi, We tried this recipe this morning and the batter came out SUPER thick, virtually unspreadable and just a big glob. Are the ingredients correct? Enough water/milk? It wouldn't even cover our waffle iron. Thanks!
