Guest guest Posted March 11, 2010 Report Share Posted March 11, 2010 Chunky Avocado & Corn Dip 310 g (11 oz) can corn kernels, drained 125 g (4 1/2 oz) cherry tomatoes, quartered 2 green onions, thinly sliced 2 avocados, peeled, cut into 1.5 cm (5/8 " ) pieces 4 cup roughly chopped fresh coriander (cilantro) leaves 4 teaspoons lemon juice 4 teaspoons lime juice salt & pepper, to taste 1. Combine corn, tomato, onion, avocado, coriander, lemon juice and lime juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine. 2. Chill until ready to serve. Serves 8.
