Guest guest Posted March 11, 2010 Report Share Posted March 11, 2010 Watermelon Fruit Punch 2 kg (4 lb 6 oz) watermelon, peeled, chopped 1 litre/quart pineapple juice 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves 1 litre/quart sparkling mineral water, chilled 1. Process or blend watermelon until smooth. Strain through a sieve over a large bowl. Discard seeds and pulp. 2. Combine watermelon juice, pineapple juice and mint in a large bottle or jug.
