Grapefruit & Cranberry Cocktail

 

 

1 1/2 cups pink grapefruit juice

8 teaspoons lime juice

1 lime, thinly sliced

180 ml (6 oz) vodka

3 cups cranberry juice, chilled

1 1/2 cups soda water, chilled

 

 

1. Combine grapefruit juice and lime juice in a jug.

 

2. Cut each lime slice into quarters. Place 1 piece of lime in each hole of ice

cube tray. Add grapefruit juice mixture to fill tray. Freeze

for 3 hours or until firm.

 

3. Place ice cubes in glasses. Top each with 30 ml (1 oz) vodka, 1/2 cup

cranberry juice and 1/4 cup soda water. Stir to combine. Serve.

 

 

Serves 6.
