Guest guest Posted March 14, 2010 Report Share Posted March 14, 2010 Lemony Greens 500 g (17 1/2 oz) green beans 85 g (3 oz) vegan margarine 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves 1/4 cup lemon juice salt & pepper, to taste 1. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil over high heat. Cook beans for 3 minutes or until just tender. Drain. 2. Place beans in a bowl. Add margarine, garlic, lemon rind and thyme.
