Guest guest Posted May 11, 2010 Report Share Posted May 11, 2010 Corn with Coconut Milk 3 cups hot corn kernels 1/4 cup coconut milk 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon -OR- lime zest 1/4 cup chopped cashew nuts 1 finely chopped long red chilli 1.
