Guest guest Posted May 13, 2010 Report Share Posted May 13, 2010 Garlic Mash 650 g (23 oz) potatoes, peeled, cut into 3 cm (1 1/2 " ) pieces 1/2 cup frozen peas 310 g (11 oz) can corn kernels 2 cloves garlic, crushed 90 ml (3 fl oz) vegan sour cream salt and pepper, to taste 1. Place potato in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High (100%) for 4 minutes. 2. Add peas and stir to combine. 3. Microwave on High (100%) for 1 minute more or until potato is tender. 4.
