Guest guest Posted May 14, 2010 Report Share Posted May 14, 2010 Barbecued Mushrooms and Asparagus 8 flat mushrooms 2 bunches asparagus, trimmed olive oil cooking spray 8 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil 4 teaspoons lemon juice salt and pepper, to taste 1. Preheat a barbecue or char-grill on medium-high heat. 2. Spray mushrooms and asparagus with oil. Cook for 2 minutes each side or until just tender. 3. Place vegetables on a large plate.
